Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking: What you’ll do:

• Plan and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are informed about project status, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with the sales team in a pre-sales process to identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our projects / products.
• Assist in the creation of sales proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other sales collateral.Continuous Improvement.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management and software development methodologies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in software development practices, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including coaching and mentoring.
• Determine the need for training and talent development in engineering and project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development.
• Excellent communication, Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and JIRA.
• Innovative, Responsible & Accountable.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Requirement gathering and documentation.
